Cole Realty Associates is excited to announce that its largest venture to date, Partnership Way at Sharonville Commerce Center is nearly sold out! In 2009, the City of Sharonville selected Cole Realty Associates, along with Cincinnati Commercial Contracting, as preferred developers for a new Light Industrial Park situated on a 48-acre parcel near the Mosteller Road exit from I-275.

Construction of the Park began in early 2010. So far the new Park has attracted four new businesses and expectations are that as many as 600 jobs will be created in Sharonville when the project is complete. Companies who have selected Partnership Way @ Sharonville for their new corporate home include: Kutol Products; P.E. USA; Gem City Tire; and USUI International. Remaining individual lots are available on a build-to-suit basis and range in size from 1-6.5 acres. The Park is zoned Commercial Service (SC) and is within the Mosteller Road Economic Development Overlay (EDO) District. Incentive agreements are available, and will be individually negotiated.
